Tailgating Chili Tags: Beef, Pork, Spicy, Beer, Dinner One of my many chili recipes, this is extremely hearty and will feed a family for a couple days at minimum. 2 Ilb Ground Cow 1 Ilb Italian Sausage 3 can (15 oz) Chili beans, drained 1 can (15 oz) Chili beans in spicy sauce 2 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes 1 can (6 oz) Tomato paste 1 large yellow onion, copped 1 Green bell pepper, seeded and chopped 1 Red bell pepper, seeded and chopped 2 green chile peppers, seeded and chopped (your choice, I chose Anaheim) 1 Tbsp Bacon bits 4 Cubes Beef Bullion 1/2 cp. Beer (Full-flavor Budweiser works great) 1/4 cp Chili Powder 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbps minced Garlic 1 Tbsp dried Oregano 1 tsp Ground Cumin 2 tsp hot sauce (I like Texas Pete) 1 tsp dried Basil 1 tsp salt 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper 1 tsp Cayenne pepper 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp white sugar 1 bag Corn Chips (Fritos, nerd!) 1 bag Shredded Cheese (Whatever yellow cheese is your fancy, I like Kraft's Mexican blend. Directions Heat a large stock pot over medium-high heat. Crumble the ground cow and sausage into the hot pan, and cook until evenly browned. Drain off excess grease. Back up the dump truck and unload all other ingredients into the pot. Stir to blend, then cover and simmer over low heat for at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally. After 2 hours, taste, and adjust salt, pepper, and chili powder if necessary. The longer the chili simmers, the better it will taste. Remove from heat and serve, or refrigerate, and serve the next day. To serve, lay down a bed of corn chips, pour chili over top, top with cheese. Enjoy.

  5. Update to this: I recently received the following email from the NSG sponsorship program, NoScope will be closing at the end of this year to shift focus to it's energy consumable line, Catalyst mints: "I want to start by thanking everybody who has been a loyal customer, sponsored gamer, or fan of NoScope over the past several years. We have grown from a small, unknown company to a widely respected brand of gaming glasses, and that is all thanks to you. Recently in early July, we started a new company called Catalyst Mints. If you have not yet heard about Catalyst, they offer an incredible new energy mint designed to keep gamers focused and playing longer with its proprietary blend of caffeine, taurine, B-vitamins, and Siberian Eleuthero root. Catalyst is currently offered within the United States, and you can find Catalyst Mints on their website here:https://www.catalystmints.com/We're proud to say that Catalyst has experienced incredible and unprecedented success as gamers have discovered this game-changing energy consumable. Much of our efforts and time have been focused on growing this new brand and providing this great new product to the gaming community. While we have grown a lot with NoScope, we have already released all types of models, styles, and colors, and believe that NoScope has offered all it can to gamers. Catalyst has already shown a growth that is beyond NoScope, and we strongly believe that Catalyst Mints is the way to best reach and support the gaming community. Because of this, we are making the decision to close NoScope at the end of this year, and focus all of our time, efforts, and capital investments into Catalyst Mints. NoScope will be retiring all of its lines of glasses and closing sales at the end of 2016. Our sponsorship program has already been closed at this time. We are proud to offer even better sponsorships through Catalyst Mints to gamers, streamers, and content creators, and we would like to encourage all NoScope fans who are located within the United States to apply with them if you have not already done so. We are currently working on expanding Catalyst to the UK and EU, as well as Canada, within the near future. Combined with the recent release of the#CatalystVault, the sponsorship program offered through Catalyst provides perks and rewards greater than anything ever offered before. This does mean that NoScope products will no longer be available for purchase on our website after December 31, 2016. We're happy to continue to offer these great gaming glasses to our loyal fans and customers until this time as we transition our staff and efforts to Catalyst Mints. We are extremely low on stock though, and all glasses are offered on an "as supply lasts" basis. From now until Monday, October 3rd, use code 'CLOSEOUT' for a 20% discount on all models of our gaming glasses! Please note that the green, blue, and orange Minotaur are very low on stock, so make sure to grab those quickly. We want to thank you for helping NoScope reach its incredible status and invite you to join Catalyst as it reaches even greater heights. We have been humbled and honored to provide these gaming glasses to you and we aim to continue serving the gaming community in the future with our rising gaming company Catalyst Mints. Best Regards, Michael Agosta Owner NoScope support@noscopeglasses.com www.noscopeglasses.com"

  9. INTEREST POLL: Official ATGC Virtual D20 Group

Thanks everyone! We'll begin to work out details and see what scheduling will look like.
  10. We're running a quick & dirty INTEREST POLL to see who among you would be interested in participating with an Official ATGC D20 "Virtual tabletop" group. We will run through Fantasy Grounds (Found on Steam) which can be accessed by players using a "Demo" Account (ATGC Will furnish a Ultimate Account with which to host the games). Details such as the Game we will play and scheduling and if it will be recorded/streamed will be worked out if interest is there, so let us know if you'd like to roll the dice and get your roleplaying on with the ATGC!
  11. The Computer Guy - Donation to Sister-In-Law

I'm late to the party here. Looks like some good stuff ComputerGuy, I love building Mutt boxes! Can you put together a build sheet with all the details and edit it into your OP so I can kick this over to build logs?
  12. Ladies and gentlemen; As I'm sure you have all seen iamApropos' recent announcement regarding his streaming career and time at the head of the ATeamGC. (Click the link for those of you who have no idea what I'm on about.) I'm going to make this message short, sweet, and to the point, as those of us on the Admin side of the house for this community have a lot of work to do regarding this all, but I want you all to know that this is not going to affect your experience with the A-Team Gaming Community. Speaking from very personal experience, I know exactly what it is that Paul is going through right now. I want you all to understand that he did not take this decision lightly (We admins had some advance warning on this and I will tell you he agonized over it.) but at the end of it, Paul had to do what is best for his health and his family. As we understand it, the current expectation that we have is Paul is on an extended break in order to get his affairs back under control after some major life events have just occurred. It's entirely plausible and expected that he will return, that return just won't be happening in the immediate future. So what's that mean for us? Put it on pause and wait it out, or go our separate ways until el Capitan returns to pilot the boat? Hell no! The Administration team of the ATeamGC has been working with Paul over these past few weeks and we are fully prepared to keep driving forward with this awesome community we have all worked to build. We've been reaching out to vendors and influencers and I assure you it's a great time to be involved with us. We may not have IamApropos conducting his regular streams, but that does not mean we as the ATeamGC are going to dissolve and die off. We've worked too hard and created too strong of bonds for that. The community leads are working together to put together a streaming program we can all support as members of this community. Yes, Paul needs to take a break, we respect that and we expect you all to respect that, we also want to carry on because the ATGC is it's own animal with it's own momentum. This is our personal belief as your administration team here. So Keep Calm and Carry On! It's a great time to be a gamer and the future of ATGC is gonna be even greater. We promise. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the Community leadership team: KodeTen | KGoto | MaxCFM | Eminencehwp03 | DealLaRue18 | Arkcry

Nacho Mac Tags: Dinner, Beef, Easy, Pasta, Cheese, Southwest A fast and simple, if not exactly healthy, take on Cheeseburger Mac for a Southwest kick. 1 Ilb block Queso Blanco Velveeta 1 pint Heavy Cream 1 Ilb Ground Beef/Chuck/Round Whatever. Get ground cow. 1 can Ro-Tel Mild (Or Hot, Or Original, whatever, I'm not your Dad.) 1 cup(ish) Celentani/Cavateppi Twirly-screw Noodles. Drain cow, give the skillet a quick wipe to clear the worst of the grease out rough-chop the Velveeta block, add to skillet with Heavy Cream Heat over medium-high, stirring regularly, until Velveeta fully melts Add cow back in. Here I'll include recipes that I try, modify, and perfect for y'all to try for yourselves. I'll be including Tags on each post so you can use your browser search function to locate thinks of interest (Dinner, Lunch, Beef, Chicken, etc.) I don't feel I'm that spectacular at cooking but I've developed some recipes over the years that generally are a hit with my family, and hopefully you all will enjoy them too. Strawberry Sriracha Sauce Tags: Sauce, Hot, Spicy, Fruit, Sriracha, BBQ This one is an awesome sweet-heat sauce that makes a great alternative flavor for anything you'd use a sweet BBQ sauce on, Chicken, Pork, etc. Great Cheesecake sauce too... 2 Ibs fresh strawberries, hulled & rough chopped 3 Tbs Water 2 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar 2 Tbs Brown Sugar 1 Tsp (to taste) Molasses Pinch salt 1Tbs Sriracha Sauce Directions: Hull & Chop strawberries, I used a food processor because my knife skills suck. Toss strawberries into a saucepan with water, bring to simmer over Medium/Low heat for about 15 minutes Add Cider Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Salt, and Molasses to taste, simmer an additional 15 minutes to thicken and reduce strawberries. Remove from heat, use a Potato masher or hand mixer to break up the strawberries and get it more sauce and less salsa. Mix in Sriracha sauce. Cool for 10 minutes then transfer to jars to refrigerate Recommend refrigerating for at least a few hours to allow flavors to marry together while cooling. Refrigerated this sauce will keep for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy.
